Veterans Honorary High School Diplomas
Veterans who were unable to
complete their high school education because of service in the armed forces during World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War are eligible to receive honorary high school diplomas from the Commonwealth of Virginia in recognition of their life experiences and their service to their country. Contratulations to the Atlee High FFA Forestry Team which
 placed third in the United States at the National FFA
 Forestry Competition.

  GOLD CARDS for Senior Citizens
Residents of Hanover County who are 62 years old or older are eligible to apply for a Gold Card (senior citizen pass). Retired employees who are age 55 or older are also eligible. Gold Cards provide free admission to many public school activities on Hanover campuses including sports events and cultural arts programs.
