Hanover County Public Schools provides an excellent fringe benefits package for its employees.
The following teacher salary ranges have been approved in the 2008-2009 budget as presented:

3% Salary Stipend for Educators with 15 hours toward Master's Degree
6% Salary Stipend for Educators with Master's Degree
9% Salary Stipend for Educators with Doctoral Degree
