Check Lunch Account Balances From Home!
Parents and Guardians: Here's another good reason to sign up for the family connection service provided by Hanover County Public Schools. Parents can now check the balance in their child's lunch account, in elementary and middle schools only, under the Student Profile section of the Family Connection. For information about the Family Connection and how to subscribe, you may visit the district website at www.hcps.us and click on the Family Connection icon.

Cafe Prepay.  Cafe Prepay allows you to add money to your child's account by using your VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, or American Express.  The company handling the transactions charges a processing fee for credit payments.  None of the fee comes back to food services.

At this time, this service is only available for the following schools: Cool Spring, Cold Harbor, Gandy, Kersey Creek, Laurel Meadow, Pole Green, Pearson's Corner, Mechanicsville, Chickahominy, and Stonewall Jackson.  As the program expands to other schools, parents will be notified.  For more information or to register visit www.cafeprepay.com.

Visitors. Family members are always welcome to come in and have breakfast and/or lunch in our cafeterias. If possible, please call the cafeteria staff of the school you will be attending to let them know of your arrival so they can plan for your meal.
